“There’s not a safe place for people to consume cannabis socially in public. And so, by allowing for these, hopefully, they’ll be a way that they can come into a location that can educate them on safe cannabis use,” said Bryce Berryessa with the Treehouse and The Hook Outlet Dispensaries.
