Just because marijuana isn’t legal in Texas, that doesn’t mean Houston doesn’t know how to live up the day nationally understood for the celebration of it — and this year, that day falls right on Easter.
On 4/20, a handful of Houston bars, restaurants and stores are offering cannabis-centered deals and events for Houstonians to enjoy what is legal in Texas — at least for now — hemp.
