A Florida state lawmaker this week introduced new legislation to legalize recreational marijuana. Democratic Sen. Carlos Guillermo Smith filed the legislation, Senate Bill 1398, on Thursday, cannabis news outlet Marijuana Moment reported. If passed, the bill would allow adults aged 21 and older to possess, purchase and use marijuana and other cannabis products.
