Ubuntu Honeypot Villa and Campground is about 10 minutes outside the resort town of Ocho Rios and about 2.5 hours from the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay. And though in a wooded area outside of town, it is close to shopping, a world class beach, and popular attractions such as Fern Gully, Yaaman Adventure Park, Dunn’s River Falls, Island Gully Falls, Blue Hole, and Mystic Mountain. In addition to the villa, there are also facilities and services for backpackers, campers and glampers on the property’s extensive grounds and wide-open spaces.

Ubuntu Honeypot is a spacious 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 5500 sq. ft property that can host as many as 20 guests, depending on the sleeping arrangements. Blowup beds are available for large groups. There are 3 kitchens, 3 living rooms with flat screen tvs, as well as 3 washer and dryers. There is also a cozy backpacker’s studio with a queen bed, bathroom, and kitchenette. All are air-conditioned with access to a sun deck, garden, and terrace. There is also a driver, maid, and butler service. The lush flora, sounds of birds, and smell of the bush make for a restful and magical experience. There is abundant green space for campers who can be accommodated in simple one person tents up to a supreme glamping experience.

Ganja lovers are welcome to smoke and engage with nature in the property’s wide-open spaces. Smoking is forbidden inside the apartments. Ganja is available from several dispensaries in nearby Ocho Rios.
