Caribbean Dawn is a mountainside guesthouse overlooking Boston Bay on the northeast coast of Jamaica. It has four separate rental units. Each has an amazing view, private bath & balcony. It’s a 3-hour drive across the mountains or around the coast road from Norman Manley International Airport (NMIA) in Kingston.It’s only a 5-minute car ride or 10-minute walk to the beach.

Jamaica’s surfing capital

You can check out the waves from your balcony and then walk down and surf Boston Bay with the friendly locals. You may also drive or hire a car to experience the uncrowded surf in nearby spots. Longboard rentals available on premises.

Lots to do in the area

There is a general store at the bottom of the hill and plenty of places to eat and drink in the neighborhood, including the world famous Boston Beach Jerk Center. If you prefer to eat in, delicious Jamaican style breakfast and/or dinner can be provided upon advance request. Portland Parish is rugged and rural. It contains some of Jamaica’s most famous beaches and natural attractions, including Reach Falls, Winnifred Beach, Frenchman’s Cove, Blue Lagoon, Non-such Caves and the Rio Grande River. Visit the indoor/outdoor craft and produce market Port Antonio and the nearby Folly Ruins.

Ganja for personal use is welcome in your private room and on the grounds. La Familia Natural Farm is a 10 minute drive down the road.
