Thursday, November 14, 2024: Arrival Day
- 3:00 – 3:30 PM: Meet Toke & Tour outside Sangster International Airport and depart for Coral Cove Wellness Resort.
- 5:30 PM: Arrival and check-in at Coral Cove Wellness Resort.
- 7:00 PM: Welcome dinner and orientation. Meet Chef Necole & friends, overview of the retreat schedule, and distribution of the Welcome Ganja Package.
Friday, November 15, 2024: Introduction & First Cooking Class
- 8:30 AM: Breakfast buffet.
- 9:30 AM: Opening ceremony – Introduction to the retreat, setting intentions, and Ganja Guided Meditation Walk.
- 11:00 AM: Cooking class: Jamaican jerk sauce marinade, Jamaican jerk dry rub, and green seasoning recipes.
- 1:00 PM: Lunch buffet.
- 2:30 PM: Ganja yoga class.
- 4:00 PM: Free time to explore the resort, relax, or enjoy optional activities.
- 6:30 PM: Dinner buffet.
- 8:00 PM: Toke & Tarot Sessions.
Saturday, November 16, 2024: Ganja Tour & Sunset View
- 8:30 AM: Breakfast buffet.
- 9:30 AM: Depart for ganja tour – Visit Wabba Farms for a ganja farm experience.
- 1:00 PM: Lunch at Blue Hole
- 3:00 PM: Continue ganja tour – Explore Blue Hole.
- 6:00 PM: Sunset and sesh at Rick’s Cafe
Sunday, November 17, 2024: Cooking Class & Mindfulness
- 8:30 AM: Breakfast buffet.
- 9:30 AM: Mindfulness session – ganja guided meditation walk, giving thanks & gratitude to the area.
- 11:00 AM: Cooking class: Rice & peas, ackee & saltfish, and fried plantains.
- 1:00 PM: Lunch buffet.
- 2:30 PM: Infusion class – Techniques for oil infusion, honey infusion, and optional butter infusion.
- 4:00 PM: Free time for relaxation or optional activities.
- 6:30 PM: Dinner buffet.
- 8:00 PM: Journaling session and sharing reflections.
Monday, November 18, 2024: Final Cooking Class & Pop-up Art Market
- 8:30 AM: Breakfast buffet.
- 9:30 AM: Cooking class: citrus medley salad with orange & ginger vinaigrette, Caribbean coleslaw, and quick & easy ginger beer.
- 12:30 PM: Lunch buffet.
- 2:00 PM: Holiday black cake preparation and baking.
- 3:30 PM: Pop-up art market – Featuring local Jamaican artists.
- 5:00 PM: Free time to explore the market, relax, or enjoy the resort.
- 7:00 PM: Goodbye group dinner and celebration.
Tuesday, November 19, 2024: Departure Day
- 8:30 AM: Breakfast buffet.
- 10:00 AM: Final mindfulness session – gratitude and farewell reflections.
- 11:00 AM: Depart for Sangster International Airport.
- 12:00 PM onward: Flights depart.
