Health Agreement
By joining our retreat, I confirm that I am mentally and physically fit for participation. I do not have any conditions that would prevent me from taking part in activities organized by Necole Hines of Faded Living Inc. .
Faded Living offers cannabis education, cooking instruction and general wellness information. They are not licensed medical professionals. Their advice is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. I take full responsibility for my health decisions and consulting qualified professionals when needed.
I understand that any information provided by Faded Living is for educational purposes only and should not replace medical advice.
Room Assignment
If I choose a double room and don’t have a roommate, one may be assigned to me. If no roommate is available, I may need to pay for a single room or forfeit my fees.
Trip Cancellation & Transferring Registration
If this retreat is canceled due to a natural disaster or travel advisory, it will be rescheduled. If not rescheduled, 75% of fees will be refunded within 60 business days. No refunds if rescheduled within twelve months.
I can transfer my registration to someone else, but if I cancel without transferring, I forfeit my fees.
I understand that I am responsible for paying the full balance of my retreat, possibly at a higher price than the Full Payment, at least forty-five (45) days prior to the retreat start date to avoid forfeiture of my trip.
I further understand and agree that if I do not pay the balance in full, I forfeit all fees paid unless I transfer my trip to a new registrant who completes the payment(s) in full.
International Travel
I am responsible for booking and paying for my travel to and from the city/state/province/country of this retreat.
I understand that I need a valid passport with at least six months left after the trip and I am responsible for checking the necessary entry requirements to visit Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Based on unknown and unpredictable factors, I understand there may be times when it becomes necessary to modify the retreat itinerary or cancel an outdoor excursion. In the event weather makes it impossible to travel between the airports or along the roads, I understand the itinerary may be altered.
I understand the destination’s customs, services and culture may differ from my own and cannot be expected to be of the same standard as those in my home country.
Insurance
I must have adequate travel insurance covering medical costs, accidents, liabilities, cancellations, missed flights, and lost luggage. Faded Living is not liable for these.
Image Release
I give Faded Living permission to take and create photographs/videos and other still and/or moving images, (in all formats) and other graphical depictions incorporating my likeness, in any and all media.
Faded Living can use photos/videos of me for promotion. I release them from liability for using these materials.
Payment Terms
To sign up for this retreat, a non-refundable and non-transferable USD $500 deposit is required. Your deposit is applied toward your retreat rate. Full payment is due no later than September 30th, 2024. Should you need to cancel your reservation prior to July 30, 2024, you will receive a refund for payments made, minus the USD $500 deposit. Should you need to cancel after July 30, 2024, for reasons other than what is mentioned below, we will not be able to issue a refund or credit.
- Cancellation by Retreat Organizer (Faded Living): If the retreat is canceled by Faded Living, all participants will receive a full refund for all payments made, including the $500 deposit.
