I grant GanjaVacations permission to use photographs, videos and other depictions incorporating my likeness, free of any compensation, on its website, social media pages as well as in its marketing and promotional materials. This release does not negate the right of any tour or experience participant to deny or qualify the terms under which GanjaVacations may use their likeness.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for the cancellation of all tours. We will do our best to rebook cancelled tours at a mutually convenient date and time but there will be no refunds for tours cancelled within 24 hours.
