It is a two-story structure with a 3-bedroom apartment on the upper floor and 3 studio apartments on the lower level. The property offers guests a real authentic rural Jamaican experience with comfortable accommodations and modern amenities. The property is beautifully landscaped with a variety of tropical plants and fruit trees.

The accommodations

The three-bedroom unit comes with 2 queen size beds and 1 double bed along with living room, dining room, kitchen and a single washroom. The studio apartments each have a queen size bed, full bath, kitchen, dining area, and a porch. There are ceiling fans, and a television in all the apartments.

A relaxed attitude towards ganja

The owners have a very relaxed attitude towards ganja which is easily available in the local community. Little Bay and Orange Hill, well known ganja growing districts are just a few minutes away and there are several dispensaries about 20 minutes away in Negril.
